GENERAL INTRODUCTION:

in order to meet the increasing requirement of processors in the copper wire field.
this firm has developped and manufactured more advanced copper wire drawing machines, the Model B-24D.
These one modeis are designed through years of our experience and modern technology so as to ensure
good performence and high efficiency.

SPECIAL FEATURES:

  1. Motor for main body, 15HP 6P, 20HP 6P.
  2. Pump for drawing oil, 1/2 HP V4P.
  3. Ceramic stepped wheel, 11 steps.
  4. Ceramic take-off wheel, single step.
  5. Air brake, wing type, 24KW.
  6. Japanese KOYO programable computer.
  7. Spooling motor, 5HP 6P.
  8. NKS Bearings.
  9. Japanese flat belt is used for transmission.
  10. Design for stopping the machine when wire breaks.
  11. Automatic stop of the machine when overloading.

1. Inlet wire diameter and finished wire diameter : 0.6¢mm, 0.32-0.10 ¢mm
2. Stepless adjustment of drawing speed can be up to maximun 2.000 meters.
