this firm has developped and manufactured more advanced copper wire drawing machines, the Moedl B-22D and B-24D. These two modles are designed through years of our experience and modern technology so as to ensure good performence and high efficiency.

SPECIAL FEATURES:

1. The circuit of the machine is controlled with
   imported Japanese Koyo computer.
2. Two drive motors are available for cheke:
   a. 15HP 6P
   b. 20HP 6P
3. Electric clutch and brake are installed for the drive motor.
4. Die seat is adjustable to up and down back and forth
5. This machine is designed with brake to stop running when wirebreaking.
6. Automatic length control by a microcomputer when over loading.
7. The surface of all the spoolers are ceramic treated to elevate the durability of the dies.
8. Tension of the wire is controlled by micro-computer.
9. The machine has two operation systems namely inching wire-feeding and automactic high-speed operation.
10. The Drive motor is designed with inching, automating and control by contrast to enable stepless adjustment of running speed.
11. Stepless adjustment of the wire speed up to maximum 2,500 meters per minuite.
12. Good stability of the drive motor during its high speed operation.
